Stranded Inventory - inventory error
I've been having this issue for about a month now. (80 stranded inventory - inventory error) I've contacted help support many times but they all say the same thing (they will update the each SKU and that it would fix them) Last week one associate told me to delete and relist them. I followed the steps to do that and nothing changed. Then they told me to do a "feed file- price and quantity template. I did that 2 days ago and NOTHING! I'm desperate I don't know what else to do. Does anyone relates to this issue? Any advise please.

Hi,
The same thing happened to me I connected many times with support and got the same reply as you. I have done both steps relist and file feed but it doesn't work. We have had sale loss due to this so I have deleted the listing and relisted it. Now it is live but unmerged. For parent merge you can wait until this tech issue by Amazon.
