You are a new seller? It takes a month or so to get paid. Most of your funds are held in account level reserve to cover any refunds, claims...

Hello @Seller_Zj7KsLI3vPw9G,
Thank you for your post. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
You can also engaged seller support for assistance if this problem has not resolved its self in two or so weeks.
Cheers,
Micah
