Sending pallets using new work flow

new work flow not doing it for me. I have a pallet with mixed skus - 16 in total - want to just place on pallet and send. Normally hightlight as one box - however the new work flow insists on mutliple outer boxes - not sure how to get around this - is there a way around it or is it time to ditch the pallet and send in multiple boxes via their carrier?

How many boxes are there and how big is the singular box?

I am not really following what it is you are trying to send. If it is just for a standard box or 2, then why send this as a pallet?
If the dimensions you are trying to put in is for a number of boxes together then just split the skus into the small boxes, put in those dimensions and put in the number of boxes as you would with the old workflows.

To get around the muliple skus in single boxes, just record everything as individual units, you would then declare the number of boxes and what skus are in each box number.

Not literally shoe boxes - you asked me earlier the size of the boxes the selling unit comes in - I said the size of a shoe box to give you an idea of size only - we actually sell boxed snacks. In total we will have 200 boxes on the pallet - surely I don’t have to enter 200 boxes and then provide the dimensions and weight for each box - it will take forever. Unless I have misunerstood you. Plus I am sure there is a limit of 10 boxes maximum - this is why it is so confusing. To nudge the plan along I clicked on to everything in one box - entered the maximum box dimension allowed and entered 20kg for the weight - it then allows you to go to the pallet info. However the pallet heigh is 1.6m and the weight will be approximately 300kg and not 20kg - sorry if I am confusing but I think I have wasted a whole day trying to figure out how I send a full pallet of stock - 16 skus with approximately 15 selling units of each sku but I can’t figure out how to process the flow sheet. Thanks in advance for your advice but have to say I am not sure I know how to do.

I’ve had the exact same issue. I say everything is in one box (the pallet), and put dimensions in as a single unit. You get an error that you can opt to disregard, and hey presto, it works.

Sent a few in like this. Feels like a strange work around, but Amazon receive it OK.
