An Italian Citizen non-resident in the UK would need to register for UK VAT to use FBA in the UK. Even if you registered a company here it would need to be an actively trading company with a true trading address to avoid being classified as a NETP.

As for Italian taxes, you’d need to consult an Italian accountant.

Yup, countryman (siamo Italiani anche noi :slightly_smiling_face:) as UK VAT is mandatory if you want your products stocked in/to the UK. To register for UK VAT, check here:

https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs

Only if you go over the minimum yearly threshold for our native country (35,000 Euros, which is also the same threshold as France and Spain). For further information, you should consult a fellow Italian tax advisor though. Remember to be legally registered (address included) there, as Peter suggested!
