Listing Quality Dashboard bulk edit not working
Issue I’m having
I have around 900 listing issues on my dashboard which I am trying to get fixed. I went to ‘Edit in bulk’, downloaded the ‘Listing_Quality_Processing_Summary’ file and filled in all the appropriate values that were missing. I then downloaded this same file and uploaded it on the same ‘Edit in bulk’ page to be processed. There were no errors with the processing and I was shown ‘Completed | Error 0 | Records submitted 2704’ but none of the listing quality dashboard error were resolved and I still had the same 900 errors showing on the dashboard.
I contacted seller support to which they replied:
I would like to inform you that the batch file you provided can’t be opened with excel because the file format or file extension is not valid. Please verify that the file has not been corrupted and the file extension matches the format of the file.
I checked the file as was able to open it perfectly fine. I am using Google Sheets to edit the files, instead of Excel, could this be the issue?
The uploaded file is completely fine before uploading it to amazon, but when its received apparently the file format is wrong
