My account has been deactivated in spain and won't reactivate

I am trying to reactivate my account and have provided all the information required. I do not use this account and I am only trying to reactivate these account so my brother's selling account can register new brands. His account although not remotely connected to me (besides family- this is not a policy violation) has been suspended in Spain, stopping him registering new brands. I am trying to reactivate my account so he can reactivate his Spanish account.

Or he has to get an affidavit saying our businesses aren't connected, which seems crazy as well.

I have not sold on this account since 2018 and have no plans to sell on this account, I am just looking fix this for my brother so he can register new brands in brand registry.

Umm - if you need to reactivate your Spanish account so your brother can re-activate his - then obviouslythey ARE connected -aren't they??

That does not make any sense, if you both have completely separate seller accounts, then there should be no link. His must have been deactivated for some other reason, which he will need to sort out.
