We've had an A=Z claim for an order that was shipped using Amazon's Buy Shipping and the ODR affected shows yes. An appeal was denied even when we stated that ODR should not be affected according to Amazon's policies. Could a mod help us with order 202-9175234-3905125 please?

I have looked into the order details and found you failed to provide a valid order tracking ID in the Manage Orders page when the customer’s order was placed. Providing a valid tracking method for all deliveries is essential for delivery related claims, not including it may result in a granted claim in buyer's favour.

This seems to happen all the time with the bots denying appeals to the ODR rating for Buy Shipping. I don't know why this process is so difficult as Amazons policy is clear.
Could one of the mods kindly look into these two for us.
I have Appealed in A-Z and opened cases but still ODR has not changed despite both being purchased through Buy Shipping and order tracking references given.
