I am sending 1000 units to Amazon fba in boxes , do I need to split it in many boxes of 150 units ?

I think there is a limit on dimension of the box not the number of units in any box. If the dimensions of the carton (box) increases the limit set by Amazon, it doesn&#39;t accept the shipment or keep saying that there is some problem in shipment.
