Can anyone help me figure out what to do, if there is anything I can do, or if this is the end of the road for me?
-- (1)On October 23rd, 2024, I was notified that my US seller's account was deactivated: “Listings have been removed in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
-- The US marketplace is the ONLY account I intend to operate, and I learned that my US account was deactivated because, by accident, I created other marketplaces (by selecting “Global” when I created my seller account initially.”
-- After the notification I called and learned the Global/European marketplace accounts were deactivated in 2022/05/31 due to section 3 Amazon business solution.” Shortly after, I first signed up for Amazon Seller Central.
-- This was an unintentional accident and I have no activity in the European marketplaces.
-- (2)October 28th, 2024, after I attempted to submit documentation to my European marketplaces (Sweden/Poland), I received a notification:” Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.” - I have no idea what this is about or what I did wrong.
-- All associated marketplaces in my account show a “Healthy” policy compliance status with no performance issues. I also searched my emails from years ago and couldn't find any email notifications with issues.
-- I have called the US marketplace (as I only have a professional account with the US), and they cannot see any internal notes from Sweden/Poland. They said I only have to submit a utility bill, but other than that, they cannot provide guidance, as the block seems to come from Sweden.
-- I have submitted the following documentation through various attempts (A piped water utility bill, a cellphone bill, a Certificate of good standing for by business, Articles of organization, an EIN confirmation number, and a Marriage Certificate (because my husband is listed as a secondary person on the cellphone bill), Screenshot confirming valid associated payment information for all marketplaces.) I have scrutinized my utility bills against requirements and online advice. The cellphone bill should be 100%. The water bill is also correct, except that it only lists first and last names, not middle.
-- I continuously get the "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time." popup in account health where I submit information.
-- After the October 28th notice (2), I stopped getting any other emails or performance notifications.
-- Because I am unable to request a call for Poland/Sweden, I have created 4 cases and have reached out 18 times trying to get information on what I need to do next, why I got the October 28 notification, and what it means, and most importantly, if there is anything I can do to resolve it. Unfortunately, I only receive the same generic information listed as (1) and (2) above and nothing else.
--I just need to know if there is anything I can do, and if so, what exactly that is/why my documentation isn't being considered/accepted. And if no further actions can resolve this matter, I kindly ask for confirmation, as I would prefer clarity over continued uncertainty.
I haven't been very active on Amazon, because I had to wait for my mobile app to finish building, before I could finally start marketing my Amazon products (as the products and the app work together). I also have Amazon FBA setup and was finally ready to start marketing and growing my buinsess on Amazon. Now that I am finally ready, it is hard to just accept that there is nothing I can do, unless I get some guidance or feedback.
I would appreciate any advice you can give me.
