FedEx Not Available using Buy Shipping

This is urgent.
This unresolved issue has plagued our account. We have a phone number on the location but we are unable to get FedEx labels via Buy Shipping and we need this resolved urgently.
We have already lost several Item Not Received A to Z claims because we were forced to not use Buy Shipping and it has been a nightmare.
I saw you discussing the “temporary solution” of duplicating one of my addressees so that it will work. Can you please do this on my account?

Have you submitted a seller support case reporting the ongoing "Phone number is required" issue, with details on the location causing you delays?
Is the issue the same one as described in the below thread, or are you experiencing a different issue?
