New Manage All Inventory Page

Hello All,

I'm getting very frustrated with this new page... when I sell a book outside of Amazon and I only have one copy (which is most of them), I need to delete the Amazon listing.

I only know one way to do this - the Manage All Inventory page - but the new page frequently returns "An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later time."

This leaves a book advertised that I cannot then supply (and I then need to keep a list of items to be deleted once the page is working again) and I will run into trouble for offering to supply when my stock is zero

Is there another way of deleting one or two books without resorting to a template where I can upload a quantity of 0 (if such a thing exists)

Frustrated

Brian

Yes, Brian - same happened to me too. Sold a book on another site, wanted to remove from Amazon, but not possible, and then it would fall on us to have to cancel an order if it happened to sell on Amazon, which of course would affect our pre-fulfilment cancellation metric ! Grrr !

I've not had that yet - I've been manually deleting a lot of old and now unsellable stock - but it wouldn't surprise me.

The whole new inventory format is badly thought-out and quite buggy (eg, being sent a new 'Amazon Listing Created' email for every single edit).

I also have to click 'save and finish' twice before it responds.

Plus I hate the way they've moved the edit button to the right and hidden it behind three dots and another pop-up/drop-down menu.

Just more needless clicking...
