Amazon incorrectly liquidating £000's worth of our inventory
Hello,
I am reaching out to the mods as unfortunately we are getting templated seller support responses. Please help us @Simon_Amazon@Ezra_Amazon@Julia_Amazon
Approximately 1 month ago Amazon pulled a vast number of ASINs due to a safety concern. We provided the required documentation and all ASINs were promptly reinstated.
After the reinstatment, thousands of units got stuck in "unfulfillable" status and have automatically passed the 30 day period of inactivity, whereby Amazon has created a liquidation order. We have attempted to cancel the order (with no success), we have attempted to change it to a removal order (with no success) and Amazon are now selling off £000's worth of perfectly good stock for pennies.
Can anyone from the Amazon mods team escalate this for us before tens of thousands of pounds potentially get lost down the drain?

Bumping this up as I saw the post that mods were previously unable to be tagged. Can any of the mods please help? So far Amazon has liquidated over £7k of perfectly good stock with thousands more pending.

Hello @Seller_wWXkzNxsUPS0p,
Apologies for the delayed response.
Could you please provide case ID you have opened with the Seller Support?
Kind regards,
