we have recently been facing issues with our shipments. When the shipment reaches FBA warehouse the warehouse says it is invalid and do not accept the shipment. when we try to contact Amazon to know more they say ask your carrier and even the carrier does not have more information except that they refused to accept the delivery. Our Carrier is FedEx, has anyone else facing this issue?

thank you. I can see you were told you had to the shipment would have been needed to be sent to multiple destinations. However, I can see you used "Box-Level Inventory Placement" via DTM9 which I can see the units went to. I will try to escalate your case and have someone respond to your case again.
Could you let me know, if the cancellation happened automatically or if you have cancelled it now as the units are being returned?
