Swatch images not displaying

Hi,

I am trying to update the swatch images for my listings in the category "Home & Kitchen > Home Décor Products > Home Décor Accents > Hanging Ornaments." My product is hanging ornaments for Christmas trees.

I’ve opened several cases with Amazon Support and received different replies. One response mentioned that I cannot upload swatch images if the variation theme is set to "Style." Another response stated that swatch images cannot be uploaded for products in the Home and Kitchen category.

It’s frustrating, as I can show you other products on Amazon in this category that are using swatch images. If this is indeed a policy, it should apply to all sellers.

Please help me with this. I need to upload the swatch images, and I would appreciate any guidance you can provide.
