Brand Owner Cant seem to control listings of my products? Multiple Accounts?
To be honest, I'm a total noob when it comes to Amazon.
I am the manufacturer, brand owner and trademark owner.
I seem to have MANY old listings of my products (we've been around 20 years) that I need to clean up and fix.
But I can't seem to edit them. As well, I have a distributor who has listed my product under their own "brand/company" name? How do I clean this mess up!?
I might have multiple accounts, but I can only seem to log into one seller central that seems to have the correct business/store name and brand names....
In the "contribution sku" it says "This attribute indicates the SKU number as assigned by the contributor"..however this is a very old SKU we no longer use, but it wont let me change it?
Thank you!

Hello @Seller_IjnAEheLCl8EA,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to assist where I am able.
This sounds like a lot of "stuff," going on so this will probably take some time.
First, I see that you are the Rights Owner of 3 Brands (2 enrolled in Brand Registry in 2018 and 1 in 2022). I also see that you are the only Selling Account listed on these 3 brands for both Brand Registry site access (to report infringement) and Selling benefits (A+ content, virtual bundles etc.). Theoretically, that means that you should be winning in your contributions to ASIN's as long as they are mapped appropriately to 1 of your brands.
In order to clean up/fix the detail pages, you will need to be contributing to that ASIN and to do so, need to add it to your inventory. Once this happens, because your are the rights owner for the brand, your contributions should then "win," over any other seller contributions.
As of today, I do not see any listings on your Manage Inventory dashboard.
Since you mentioned many listings, it may be best to add these products to your catalog utilizing an inventory file upload. Please review the Upload your inventory file help page for instructions.
If after successful upload, your contributions are still not being "Accepted," please open a case with Seller Support for assistance and if they are unable to solve, please come back here and provide me the case ID and I will review,
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
Best, Dougal
