Country of Origin - Northern Ireland
I tried to add Northern Ireland as the country of origin but apparently Amazon is yet another platform that doesn’t recognise us as a country.
Although part of the UK I think I read somewhere that goods shipped from here to the EU are exempt from customs charges as part of the NI Protocol.
I don’t ship outside the UK on Amazon but if I read the CoO email correctly then I won’t be able to make changes to any of my listings.

I’m so glad I only sell in the UK haha
Customs/Exports etc is complicated enough without living in NI which currently has one foot in the EU and one foot in the UK

Northern Ireland is part of the country called the “United Kingdom”.
Amazon require a country of origin, not a nation of origin. “Nation” is not the same as “country”.

As far as Amazon is concerned, your in the UK.
What this is for, is if you was to sell to the EU, your sale would come under the new IOSS rules, and you would also need an EROL Number.

I went to sort this today.
There is no United Kingdom option.
It is either Great Britain or Ireland.
As Northern Ireland is neither GB or Ireland I would be lying if I stated country of origin as either of these.
I’m at the point where I feel like calling it quits.
