Shipment to EUK5 hanging around
Hi,
I’ve got a shipment that I sent to EUK5 28/11 and the last tracking update was 30/11.
I put the tracking number into UPS to check it and it states " Hold for Collection Requested ". This is something I havent seen before and doesn’t seem normal for the parcels to be hanging around for this long (yes I know its Q4 and will be longer than normal) without some other posts stating delays to the specific fulfilment centre.
Has anyone seen this before? Will it just resolve itself?

It most likely means Amazon are refusing the delivery due to not being able to receive or store the shipment yet.
I have shipments that were sent earlier than 28/11 that still have not been delivered to Amazon fulfilment centres. Nothing is happening quickly and delays are getting worse not better.

I have a shipment for EUKA thats been at UPS Northampton since 28/11,I have other shipments ready but will not send now until January.
