How can I ask a question or send an email directly to Amazon?

I would like to know how can I ask questions directly to Amazon? Even when I click “Get Support”, those are only defaulted questions and answers…It is really frustrating…Because I don’t why they charged me twice GBP25 once I downgraded my account…even my request to downgrade has not been answered yet…it is driving me crazy…
