I'm trying to reactive my account for weeks now. Call the Amazon health team. Performed the actions told by Amazon via email. Nothing works. The link to "take a photo of your face" feature does not work.
@Amazon: PLEASE just tell me where to find that feature in seller central. PLEASE don't suggest to use the call now button. Only thing they do is to send a new email with a link and this again doesn't work.
I've provided all information to identify me and my company.

Could you share the Performance Notification where you were requested to use it , together with the date?
Also, if you can share a case ID with the AHS contact ?

Going through same process. Not sure why Amazon didn't ask for this information when setting up the account, instead of a week into using FBA and after sending away stock to Amazon.
Anyway, I found the take a photo feature by completing the account setup for the US, ie Amazon.com. Not that I want a seller account on Amazon.com but seems to be the only way this backwards process will work.
