UPS Parcel dropped and never scanned again
Hi all,
I sent my Amazon stock via UPS as I normally do.
I created the shipment via seller portal, printed the label and dropped the box. I dropped two different boxes at the same time, one got picked up via UPS the next day and the other one hasn’t moved or scanned every since.
Trying to get Amazon to investigate this with UPS as they are the one they have a contract with them.
I need the items (30) reimbursed, what is the best way of action?

Did you check the box was collected ok?
If dropped off at a UPS shop, they may still have it.
If collected, a manifest signed by the driver?

Have you got the collection receipt from the parcel shop? Was it scanned on drop off?

I got my reimbursement after emailing the Amazon director manager.
