We can't get payout from Amazon since 04/30/2024

We have an issue with VAT on Amazon UK, so we can't get payout from Amazon, which means the payout amount has been $0.00 since 04/30/2024.
Amazon sent us a Final tax liability assessment for unpaid UK VAT and has informed us: "Amazon sales proceeds will remain temporarily ineligible for disbursement from this account, and any related accounts."
However, we need to know if Amazon can release the payout to us, because it is unfair that we are having issue in Amazon UK but Amazon is blocking our revenue on Amazon US.
We do need your help, please help to deal with this issue ASAP.

Have you opened a case yet with Seller Support on this by chance? If you have, would you mind sharing the case # below and I'd be happy to take a further look into the correspondence provided there.
