Product complaint- expired
I received a customer complaint about a product stating, "The item is expired and dried up. I would like a replacement." Because of this Amazon has flagged me for selling an expired product. The problem is that the product have an expiration date. I have submitted photos of the product, which clearly states the water must be added for the product to work. The product page shows the same instructions. Biut my appeal was rejected. How can I get my product reinstated??

Thank you for posting your concerns with an expired product complaint.
As you mentioned the complaint was regarding their perspective of the product, you did also mention the product has an expiry date, do you have any additional documentation to confirm their expiry dates, or batch codes as confirmation?
Did the products and labeling meet our requirements listed in our expiry date help page?
Although the instruction provide the use of the product, it does not validate the expiration date of the product. This is likely why this information was not accepted.
Additionally are you shipping these products yourself, or using fulfilled by amazon? If you are using FBA, have you created a case to request a bin check to confirm your current inventory? This along with the above requested information will help further validate your products and expiry dates.
