I've been trying to close my account down for a feel months now, to no success. I have downgraded my account to individual, removed all products and cleared all inventory, yet I am still being charged, and still not able to close my account.

I also await the 90 days they asked. Now I got the message "You can't close your account because you have balance" Then I actualized the payment otherwise I couldn't close it, then they charged me €298 from last year after asked the closure... and still don't let me clouse that $%@#.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I didn't know that i'll be charged fees we never knew about or agreed to even after I request closure and now we just want to be off the platform for good.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a professional seller account which I have been requesting to close for at least 8 months, I have no active listings or inventory, everything has been returned to me and all listings deleted, I have a current disposal order for the remaining stock. I’ve not had a sale for months the account was made inactive by Amazon as it was not generating any sales and had virtually no stock. I have tried to downgrade the selling plan but it appears this is no longer an option for me, I have requested many times today and spoken to 3 people, each offering different advice, I have no money owed to me and all account details are current e.g charge info. I want this account closed as it’s costing me nearly 100£ a month, any suggestions will be appreciated, I am trying to downgrade the account but the your services section only shows me what I am registered for with no option to downgrade and in the close my account tab to close the account or downgrade I am taken to a help page.

I have been messaging Amazon Sellers Help since March 2024. I have explained that I have not used the account in over 10years. The company closed in 2017 which I have sent them proof of closure. There is a retention value of £18 something on my account so the online system will not allow me to close the account. They have forced me to add a valid card onto saying this will be allow me to get the payment out and then I would be able to close the account down. So I did that and then requested the balance be paid out - it did not work and then they said I needed to add a new bank account as they can't pay out to a card.... so I ok but the system would not allow me to delete the old (closed) account details so I could add new ones.... they then said I would need to be verified and that could only happen with a phone call which they would have to do. I arrange a time they did not call - then they said I did not answer the call but my phone did not show a missed call !!! this happened a couple time and now they have limited my account due to being dormant (only now its hasn't been used in over 10 years) and now I can not even create a new help request and when I call Amazon they say the sellers central has NO phone contact !!! They gave me a link to make a request without login into your account but when I tried to reply to the "copy and paste generic response" I get a message saying I can't email that address even through the message has said reply to this message !!!!! I'm beyond myself in trying to get help from anyone in the sellers team !!!
