My Amazon ads account was suspended with no reson

Hi,

My Amazon ads account was suspended, and I've opened four cases trying to understand why. Each time, I get an automated message saying, "Account is suspended due to non-compliance with Amazon Ads Policies." In the latest case, I was told there would be no further responses.

I genuinely don't know what the issue is and just want to understand what happened and how to fix it. Could you please help clarify this?

Amazon will NEVER give you clear cut verbiage since doing so would give a road map to every con artist and black hat on how to game the system.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

Though it is true our teams may not be able to offer any further information due to privacy reasons if no path to reinstatement is possible, and the forums team does not have any visibility into advertising cases.
