Read onlyHope you're doing well! I wanted to bring up an issue we've been having lately. So, we got some fresh new stock in, But, the packaging's changed, and I've been trying to update the product images to match. No luck so far.
I've followed all the usual steps, but it's like the changes just won't stick. It's a bummer because we really need to show our customers what they're getting, right?
I've tried troubleshooting on my end, but I'm hitting a wall. Could you lend a hand with this? Maybe we're missing something obvious, or there's a glitch in the system that needs fixing.

Are you the brand owner and did you create the ASIN. If not you will need to take the painful route of seller support who will want the world of information to allow you to make a simple change.
