APO Pricing / Tracking?
A buyer with an APO address bought an item from me and it appears they are in the Navy and are on a boat.
First off, it appears shipping it going to cost 3x-5x as much depending on what I select which is not fair. Also, I feel like in the past when I've shipped to APO addresses, I've had some that were delivered and showed full tracking all the way to delivery and others that didn't and the buyer ended up opening an A-to-Z claim and won.
I kind of want to cancel this order because I do not want to have to deal with that again. Does sending priority guarantee full tracking all the way to delivery or no?

Unless you ship solely UPS, sending to APO is considered domestic, and costs no more than other domestic shipments to furthest zones.
No, using Priority won't give you tracking end to end.
If you cancel it counts against you of course.
You can edit your templates to set separate rates for APO etc.
