Account deactivated after giving all information
Hello
Recently Amazon asked for video call verification and I have attended that
I have given them all information which they have asked but after one day I received an email saying that My account will remain deactivated because I have been found in fraudulent or illegal activity
I have told in interview that I am not selling now in USA and still struggling to find good suppliers in USA
That's why I am selling in UK right now
And provided them all accurate information which they have asked
So how I can be in illegal activity even I haven't sell a single item is USA
This deactivation have effected my UK account also and my business is facing loss in UK due to this Error
Kindly guide me if anyone have faced this same issue

I understand you have recently completed a video verification interview and received a notice that your account will remain in its currently state.
And provided them all accurate information which they have asked
Generally this occurs when the interviewing team is unable to verify the information on your account. There are other reasons for this specific suspension in terms of the business solutions agreement.
Have you looked over your account to ensure all information is present and accurate? Have you compared any documents requested to ensure they meet the applicable requirements here?
