We shipped 9 cases of 6 bottles each, i.e. 54 Units using the Amazon Preferred Courier UPS. UPS delivered all 9 cases and all showed as Delivered in the Amazon Seller Dashboard.
Shipment FBA15JT0CP49 became eligible for investigation on 30/12/2024, however when we started providing the evidence, i.e. packing lists as we are manufacturer as well as photographic evidence of all 9 cases prior to delivery to UPS it was already flagged as 'Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed'.
Seller Support has not been able to assist and just respond with the stock answers. I have requested this to be escalated to Senior Leadership Team as this is not correct. Amazon cannot state that the discrepancy has been accounted for during a physical check as I package each case myself and I know 54 units were sent, UPS confirms 9 cases, i.e. 54 units were delivered.
This is now the second shipment in a matter of weeks that has been flagged: 'Investigation completed—shipment contents counted and confirmed'.
I would almost start to think that after the 'Christmas Rush' a decision was made to change all discrepancies to ''Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed' to avoid all the manual investigations.
We never had this issue in the past, cases have gone missing before, and we have been reimbursed and even subsequently reversed when lost shipments were found.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
