Getting refunded less than the product cost - No help from Amazon case team
I have recently shipped a batch of units which had some units displaced in an Amazon warehouse. When raised a case with Amazon, I got refunded but the refund was less than the product cost on the official supplier invoice. I have raised another case to highlight this issue but got no support. @Christine_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon @Josh_Amazon could you please help me here?

This is a massive issue with Amazon right now that every seller on the platform is experiencing.
Amazon doesn't want to see prices increase on their site because of the tariffs. Therefore they are rejecting basically all price and sourcing increases out of hand. The whole "you have to provide this" and "you can dispute here" is just a way for them to create the illusion they are actually assessing the prices.
I'm still trying to push back on the cases that we have, but at this point Amazon doesn't want to address the issue as know they are in the wrong. As you can see from other discussions, individuals like @Christine_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon @Josh_Amazon aren't answering or responding to discussions on this topic, even though they reply to other discussions started at similar times.
