I can not purchase shipping
I hoping someone could help me as I've been unsuccessful after two months worth of calls and E mails to SS. When I attempt to purchase shipping I am asked for item weight in KG & grams which is something new and also when the problem started. As soon as I enter the weight I get a message that says "No carriers are currently available for your shipment. Please wait 15 minutes and try again." This happens every time and I can't find a solution. If anyone can help I would be grateful. Thanks

Are you able to purchase shipping or is this an ongoing issue?
Is this for all of your orders or just for specific products or services?
Have you filed a support case for this issue?
