Retail package - Include Thank you for purchase flyer and ask for review?
Is it Ok to include “Thank you for your purchase flyer” inside the retail box and ask kindly for a review in there ?

As long as you are not asking for a 5 star review or feedback, you can include a flyer with your shipments. Just make sure, that the wording is neutral and does not mention, what kind of rating you are expecting them to give.

I suggest reviewing the Packaging Requirements help page. Pay specific attention to the section:
“Unauthorised marketing materials (e.g. pamphlets, price tags or other non-Amazon stickers) are prohibited. Amazon will not accept pre-priced labels or products.”
Issues would mainly arise if you provided marketing information diverting customers to private websites for example, or as mentioned by Kika, where a positive review is encouraged.
