Basket Abandonment
Hi All
Across the top of Amazon sales page I see one that says “verge of late shipment” & another says “verge of cancellation”
I took the latter to mean if it was about to drop from the basket, but now think it means it cancel if I go over the late shipment date. My question is this when a buyer puts an item in there basket & they don’t check it out it just seems to vanish. It’s only because I make a note on my desk to remember these transactions because they don’t auto relist.
So is there 1) A folder that all Cart Abandonments go in? and or 2) is there an option anywhere in settings to automatically relist all cart drop outs? if not I can imagine this is a nightmare for big sellers… Thanks Ed

Adding an item to the cart has no effect on inventory numbers etc. it’s only when customers complete the checkout that it matters.
You are confusing the pointless metrics you mentioned.
“Verge of cancellation” is probably orders that you haven’t shipped within 7 days and are on the verge of auto cancellation.
