Deactivated in CA and subsequently Europe because of "spoofing" email - how to appeal?

I’m a highly stressed FBA North America and Europe seller, based in UK, been selling for about 5 years with no problems until now, good turnover, amazon is about 50% of our business.

Short summary: Amazon USA INFORM customers act account at risk of deactivation overlapped with amazon.ca risk of deactivation for video verification, I completed USA INFORM act but the amazon.ca video verification link was highly suspect, and did not get any advice it was real. Later, found out it was real, now suspended in most of my sites.

Longer version (thanks for reading!) :
Earlier this month, I received an email from amazon.ca asking me to complete an identity verification interview, using a qualatrics link. It seemed highly phishy, mentioned that I was at risk of deactivation if not completed by 22/6/23.

When I accessed the link in the email, (typing it in, not directly clicking), it directed me to my USA account, which was under the “at risk of deactivation” because of the INFORM customers act. I forwarded the email to stop-spoofing@amazon.com , who advised me that it was probably phishing. I also posted on the seller forums, asking for advice, and the consensus was that it was phishing (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/forums/t/video-reverifaction-phishing-or-real/599913 , https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/69e19aa6-5c81-4f64-9f9a-94e1543dcfbf?postId=7078828c-d4fb-40eb-acf6-ed389ebd3dc4 )

I then successfully completed the INFORM verification, and the “at risk of deactivation” disappeared across all my accounts.

Then, on 24th June, I was suspended on the amazon.ca platform. The message is below. I clicked their link to schedule an interview time, but it only gave me a choice of dates several weeks in the future, I selected 3 dates, but did not get any confirmation of what times they might be (only a “we may email you 48 hours beforehand”). It would have been useful to have had a confirmation of these potential times.

This was inconvenient, but we only sell very low volume on .ca, all of it fufilled via amazon USA FBA, so it was not disastrous. Then, yesterday, I was suspended on all european sites, including UK. UK/Europe are where we do a high proportion of sales, so the loss of sales is very large. For now, we still have USA and MX open.

What would be the recommended course of action here? I have applied for the interview on amazon.ca, but is there anything else we can do? Given that we suspected it was phishing, and have documented proof of this, i.e in forum posts, and in an email to stop-spoofing@amazon.com

I am aware that there is only a limited number of times amazon will reply to appeal messages about deactivation, hence why I want to follow the best course of action here.

Thank you all for your help, and have a lovely day.
