Order Details Page - first name only, plus comms issue?
Hi all,
Really dont like the " First Names " only thing just introduced on the orders page. A lot of Mr and Mrs’s on there, and we often get buyers that purchase items on separate orders, so this now makes it difficult to see who has multiple orders with us.
Can anyone see any benefit in dropping the surnames?
As we do personalised items I also dont like the fact that the message screen will come up with previous communications totally not related to current orders.

I think the order pages are playing up. I’m still getting buyer’s full names, but not getting the first line of their address.
When customers have bought from you before there is a “See all x orders from this buyer” line below the Contact Buyer link on the order details page.

Hi,
Yes I know I can access other orders from within the order page, however I liked seeing this on the initial order screen, that way I could tick the boxes next to the orders and print them out in bulk for that customer. This just makes life harder than it needs to be, and I cant see any advantage in changing the system at all.

It appears to be only affecting some sellers, as in my account, everything is unchanged, despite the banner being displayed.
