Account deactivation

Amazon deactivated my account and asked me to provide some documents (Bank statements, proof of ID, and company certificate) which I did. My account was not reactivated and I keep getting a message that the account was involved in fraudulent and illegal activity toward customers which I am struggling to understand as this account has never traded before (there was no proof provided of this activity). All my calls to the Amazon health support team have led me nowhere despite explaining that I will be losing a lot of money if the account is not reactivated as I have placed the order for my branded products with a deposit paid (and they have refused to escalate my calls). I would like to know if anyone has experienced this before and if there is another team I can contact to solve this issue, as calling the Amazon health support team is no longer an option.
