Amazon Is Openly Violating Freight Forwarder Policy ~ Stolen Money

Amazon refunded a customer A-Z claim, Customer issue: Damaged or defective item. The buyer used a freight forwarder in NJ and is in Canada. Amazon approved refund, Amazon denied two appeals even after giving them their own link to freight forwarder policy which is right here, https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201910550

These less than intelligent Amazonian employees, gave the Amazon customer a return label. The customer is in Canada. Is Canada part of the United States of America? hmmmm, NO!

So, the package will NEVER arrive back here. It is stuck in a warehouse in Canada with a NJ label. So, we're out the product, we're out the money because Amazon openly stole it from us.

This is what Amazon has become. Let's throw in the dozen Package didn't Arrive A-Z claims too from past couple months with UPS images of the packages on customers porch, steps. The scamming company, Amazon is openly allowing Amazon scamming customers to press a button and get a full refund. Ohhh, but it doesn't count on ODR *sarcasm. Small business, stop stealing money. Perhaps I should drive up to an Amazon warehouse and steal thousands of Amazon branded products since it's completely okay. I'll just tell the police I never saw any product, no idea what they're talking about. Meanwhile, I'll be setting up my new Office chair, enjoying new clothes, new widgets, and a book, How to Steal from Amazon FOR DUMMIES.
