Merchant Default Contact not match
We had an old email address that was set as Merchant Default Contact. We wanted to change it into a new email address since we do not have access to the old one anymore. I am not sure if i was able to change it successfully because it still shows the old email address whenever i check it under Notification Options. However, whenever i click on Edit the new email address will show up as the Merchant Default Contact. Hope you will answer

You need to contact Seller Support on the relevant Sales Platform and ask them why you cannot change it. A link to Seller Central Support is at the bottom of the page. This forum deals with UK and European accounts and each country has its own forum so if its also wrong on .COM for example you will also have to change it there.
