FBM Returns
Hi
Does anyone know of 3rd party add-on that can help advise of pending FBM returns. Our bonded warehouse cannot accept 'blind returns'. We need to be able to provide a pre-advice to our warehouse on what is coming back. Currently customers can log returns and Amazon will provide the returns label, this then leads to returns ending up at our warehouse without notification

We use Rithum (formerly Channel Advisor) - their Order feed does pick up Return Requests and amends the order in their system. I assume other similar tools do this. it doesn't however pull in the tracking ID of the amazon generated label.
You can however generate a report here that can output as an XML or a TSV (which can open in Excel) that includes tracking IDs in column K and resolutions in column V. You may be able to build your own reporting then to identify when orders pull in.
I know of a website called 17TRACK that essentially allows you to upload tracking IDs - so you could use that as it hooks into both Royal Mail and Evri systems and can provide updates of all tracking IDs you upload.
