Even with Photos & GPS evidence - AtoZ is just a joke !

I just despair !!!!!!!!!

My buyer after two weeks of the delivery date messaged - "I want a refund as the item has not been delivered".

I have have proof of delivery - Photo of the couriers hand handing the parcel to the recipient stood in an open doorway - photo of the doorway, brickwork, slabs etc all these exactly match as per street google street view - the property is end on to the street and gps tracker is exact to the property.

I have advised Amazon as all of the above and despite all this Amazon has decided to go with the customers complaint of a non delivery, i cannot understand what Amazons thought process was, the only thing i dont have is the recipient's DNA !!

What is the point of an AtoZ has anyone ever successfully overturned an AtoZ ????

I feel that as a seller we are not valued at all by Amazon.

They do seem to require a signature. We've only ever got a few we've won, though as we send the exact same RMT48 information for all appeals, it seems more random luck than anything that we win an appeal.

If you feel you have enough proof, its probably quickest to do a letter before action to amazon.

Go the court.

This whole A-Z system is completely wrong.

We need to demand from Amazon that every time a customer complains of no receipt, they should have to sign a declaration stating they they have not reived it.

This is what i do on eBay.

If customer says not received when there is clear evidence, I make them sign a paper before i refund.

Some fall out and don't sign. And those who do sign, i send the document to the courier and usually they will refund.

If we all work together on this issue we can get it changed.

A-Z is really only for customers,

Most Importantly Amazon should protect us when we buy shipping from amazon.

I mean what else we can do.

I think we need delivery drives to have body cam now .

i have had the same with them twice = quite a large amount of cash. I have no faith at all in the A to Z system. It has to be the most unfair system i have ever seen.

We've had the same issues, twice in a month. And if you get a signature the customer just says 'that's not my signature' and you still lose.

This is why we're focusing on places other than Amazon, it's almost impossible to grow your business and make a profit on Amazon.

I don't think it helps that people think we're all rich sellers because of all these Insta videos telling people how they can become millionaires overnight by selling on Amazon

Basically amazon does not care as its not their money. They would rather side with a customer than with a "trusted seller partner" as far as amazon is concerned we are all cash cows to be milked dry until they see fit as to suspend your account

When you say you "cannot understand what Amazons throught process was", you should know there is no thought process. Appeals are nearly always just auto-rejected by a bot. Saves Amazon even more money getting someone to actually review your evidence.

We just had one like this.

Royal Mail delivery with a Photograph at an open front door, GPS location matches a delivery location, Google Street view matches the address and it even has a signature.

The only problem we notice is that the customer has only used their first name on their order and the signature looks like a surname. If that's not the issue then it's just severe incompetence!

A to Z is not fit for purpose. It only penalises sellers.
