my account has been deactivated - i received a notificaion by email about an issue with the asin on a product that was a second hand item and was not actually listed for sale -i was unable to find any way to contact amazon in my account and now they have deactivated my account. I am unable ti submit a new case log to try and get help - there is no way for me to reactivate - what can i do? I note on another query on this an amazon staff member replied to the person saying to use the call me now button under account health but i cant find this in my account - can anyone help please?
The call me now function is at the top right of the account health page - a yellow button....but, I am not sure, but may only be available if you are on the professional selling plan (pay £30 a month fee). Do you have the call option in seller support 'Help' ?
