Feedback against free sample
Hello,
A buyer contacted me and asking if we do free samples and in return they can give us feedback. I am wondering if its allowed as per amazon terms and conditions? If its how can we take order ?

In general, it is not allowed.
You are not allowed to offer free goods, samples, discounts, vouchers, etc. in exchange for product reviews or seller feedback.
However…
Amazon runs 2 official programmes which do allow this under very controlled circumstances:
The Early Reviewer program: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/early-reviewer-program/dashboard
The Vine Program: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/vine/not_authorized
The early reviewer program offers a selection of customers an Amazon discount voucher is exchange for leaving a review.
The Vine program offers free samples to a selection of Amazon’s top reviewers in exchange for reviews.
Both programs cost money, Vine requires you to be brand registered.

We’ve just had a sudden spurge of these, all from whom appear to be individuals. As suggested above, we always report the message as it does contravene the rules.
