Been on amazon over 10 years and never been offered a loan !

A couple of years after I started.
But I don’t think it’s the time on here that really matters. What they are looking for, is strong growth.
At least from what I have seen up to now anyway.
But you will probably be better off looking elsewhere for loans. They are very much short term and I don’t think I’ve been offered anything longer than 9 months.

Back in my early days of Amazon I was being offered a loan monthly.
Not had a loan offering for a long time even though my sales volumes are now significantly higher.
Personally I would never take an Amazon loan. From what I remember the interest rates were not that competitive and I am not keen on Amazon taking the repayment money straight out of my earnings. Also if I ever couldn’t sell on Amazon for some reason I wouldn’t want to owe Amazon the money with no way of repaying it.
If it is short term cash flow you need see if your bank will give you a business overdraft. For longer cash flow issues see if you can get a business loan, there are a few to choose from but keep an eye on the interest rates they charge.

I have been offered 27.5k at 10% interest. I do not want a loan and would not borrow from Amazon anyway. The rate is 10% and obviously any CS would be the same level of muppetry as SS. i.e dire can you imagine trying to talk to anyone about anything:)
You would need to be in dire straits to do it. Classic Amazon BB loans are 2.5% and interest rates are still very low even though rising slightly. You can buy a 40k car at about 6%. Amazons offer is a whopping 10%. Draw your own conclusions. I am getting the same offers from Paypal but via phone and email etc. Not sure what there rate is - not 10% from memory. High street banks are also cheap.
Best way is self funding if you can.

I’ve had loads of emails from Amazon offering me a loan
I’ve never had a business loan
The only credit I’ve ever utilized is the free days credit on my credit card before I pay the bill off in full

my amazon lending widget on the home page is rather annoying , 12 months repayable , fluctuating amounts depending on revenue , they have offered over 6 figures once, only been selling on here 15 months , the rate was competitive tbh

What is an Amazon loan? Never heard of it.
If one of those things exist and I managed to get one, I wouldn’t snitch on myself about it on here anyway
However polite and likeable forumites on here might be, doesn’t negate the fact that everyone here are competitors, yeah its a buzz kill but that what it says on my profile

Got £15k a few years back when I got offered some stock at an unbelievable price and didn’t have the cash flow to take advantage of it. It was very simple to do and was paid off directly from earnings (before I withdrew it from Amazon) over 6 months. It was quite favorable to bank rates too (Business loans are always higher interest than personal loans, so comparing it to a car loan isn’t really like for like).
Currently got a pre-approved offer for £134k but have no need of it whatsoever, so unlikely to take one again.

They would have to be my last resort, and even then I doubt I would apply.
Remember that Amazon is pushing hard for open banking. Do you really want to give them the keys to your entire life?

The UK Government did what was called
a Bounce back loan (BBL) very suprised they didn’t use Amazon as
distribution of the BBL as they used several finance companies (Arkle Finance was one) as well as banks to get the loans out,
Prehaps the terms if you repaid on the year due date or before you paid NIL interest which of course for bank & finance houses not a money spinner. For those who didn’t it over a 6 year term.
