CPC documents
What is the trick to get CPC documents approved for huge branded products by Hasbro, Mattel, Mcfarlane toys, and other large companies?
We have had 100s of asins get removed as we gave up trying to fix them. Our mentality in the past has been 'whack a mole'.. have 1000s of listings and know that we would lose 25-50 listings every month. We would stop restocking the items at risk and then sell out of the product before the due date. However, with the low inventory fees we have started going deeper. Now, we have $10k+ in cogs that have CPC requests, and the CPC documents are getting rejected every time. Again, these documents were provided from multi Million/Billion dollar companies. I have a hard enough time getting the documents from my wholesalers. They aren't going to redo the testing for every little change Amazon wants.
TL;DR I really need to learn how to get these CPC issues resolved. These toys are in every Walmart and Target across the country and manufactured by billion dollar companies. I am sure there has to be a trick to getting the CPC documents approved as there are still some variations of these toys still on Amazon.
My latest case is: 15318416881
This latest document was rejected because it says it needs citations to each CPSC children's product safety rule that applies.

Amazon is a sinking ship for American sellers anyways. The catalog is in shambles. Everything is broken. Brand owners cannot edit their own listings and one brand is hijacked after another. Amazon drags it's feet and rarely ever fixes an issue. If at all, it frequently takes multiple cases and weeks or month, for ONE single issue.
For this reason I did as you, started 2 or 3 years ago. I have closed well over 2000 listings since and am down to 1200 or so. I am dropping everything as it sells out besides one brand and even with those products I already have dead listings....

Good Evening @Seller_Fs4ko4CnjGRQZ,
I heard back from the partner team and as the ASIN being flagged on CASE ID 15318416881 meets the criteria of a children's toy (toys intended for use by children 12 years of age and under), the documentation required must meet all the Product Assurance guidelines and Product compliance documentation requested by Amazon. The documents submitted are unable to be accepted at this time due to inaccurate information (more detailed information is shared on CASE ID15318416881).
Additionally when selling children's toys, we require the applicable warning/CPSIA cautionary statement to be present. If none of the [CPSIA] warning attributes apply to your product, select “no warning applicable.” For additional instructions on how to update warning attributes on your product detail page, see our help page here.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding the information I have shared above. Have a lovely rest of your weekend and take care.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
