Due to the Canada Post strike, we put Canada in vacation/holiday mode 2 days ago. Though we still have 102 orders to ship from earlier in the week/weekend. Royal Mail are no longer accepting shipping labels to Canada until it is sorted.
Please advise on how we move forward with these 102 orders. They are going to need cancelling, but will obviously put our cancellation metric stupidly high! Are we as sellers going to be protected from the cancellation metric affecting our accounts due to the situation being out of our control?

As of know the communication has been to use alternative carriers. I see many sellers have opt to put their account on vacation (I see you are one of them).
