is it allowed to sell international sim cards on amazon.com.tr ?
I found 100+ listings with international sim cards. I also asked seller-support who confirms that selling international (not turkish sim cards) is allowed.
We tried to list a sim card for South Korea (ASIN B078RR46XD). Some days ago we got a message that its not allowed to sell "homeopathic medical products". I never tried to eat our sim cards but don't think it can be used for healthcare:
"ASIN: B078RR46XD, SKU: 100163, Başlık: LTE Sim Kartı Kore - Hızlı Sörf, Yayın ve Telefon Görüşme için Yüksek Hızlı LTE Hızı - Ön Ödemeli Veri SIM Kartı Kore Tatili ve İş Seyahati için Amazon.com.tr'de homeopatik tıbbi ürünlerin satışına izin verilmemektedir. Bu sorunu tespit etmek ve bu kararı vermek için bir dizi otomatik araçtan yararlandık. "
After that i asked again for the reason and the support told: "The product is a pre-paid sim card for South Korea. She sale of any out of country pre-paid SIM card is not allowed on the Amazon.com.tr strore"
There are 100+ international sim cards sold on amazon.com.tr - i don't think its against any amazon or Turkish government policy. I also checked the policy and found nothing about sim cards or similar items.
I think some internal AI process detected the sim card false as a "health product" and blocked the ASIN. The support just see its a sim card and tell me it would be not allowed to sell sim cards which is incorrect.
How can i get the item unsuspended? The support does not help. No matter what i write they sent the same response again and again. This is crazy - i think there are just AI robots answering ;-)
