A-Z Appeals twice lost despite POD and full submission of evidnce

We have had 2 issues recently where an A - Z is filed and Amazon ignore what is catagoric evidence of delivery. When DPD provide an image, a GPS and confirm they have returned to the property and stated this was the correct address, and all that information is provided to Amazon yet they still pay out the claim. A false A-Z means no Safe T can be filed either.

Customer claims they have received an empty box yet DPD confirm the weight as 10kg and still Amazon pay the claim. Really is skewed massively against the seller and seems to assume every customer is truthful regardless. Nor can we report customers who blatantly abuse the system, yet they can leave unjustified negative feedback on a seller without recourse.

Sounds like a moan but seems Amazon will require DNA as proof of delivery one of these days.

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

Do you have a case ID to share so I can take a look?

Kind regards,
