Read onlyHi, I got this email (below) about two weeks ago and I have carried out the instructions given. However, I only have one credit card and cannot replace this with another. I can't delete the current credit card details and then add the same one again either. It says my credit card is valid, which is surely proof of my identity, but still my account is inactive. Just about all the links I click on take me back to the same page and are not helpful at all. How do I get my account reactivated?

We have temporarily given your selling account inactive status. While inactive, your listings will remain active and your disbursements will continue as scheduled. However, you will be temporarily unable to make updates to your listings or account settings. This action does not impact your account health.
Why did this happen?
We have taken this action due to an extended period of inactivity on your account. To protect your business, we have restricted changes to your account until we can verify your identity.
How do I verify my identity and reactivate my account?
To verify your identity and reactivate your selling account, please complete the credit card verification process. To complete the verification process:
1. In Seller Central, go to “Settings” and click “Account info”.
2. Under “Payment information”, select “Charge method”.
3. Click “Replace charge method” and add your credit card details.
It may take up to 48 hours for updates to your credit card information to show on your seller account. Once the information has been updated, your account will be reactivated and any restrictions will be removed.
