Un-able to submit listing with GTIN Exemption

Good evening,

I am a new seller and I am trying to submit a couple of items that I want to sell. They are generic and have no barcodes on them so I had to apply for a GTIN Exemption. It appears that it has been approved but when I select the option In the Product Identity section of the listing it is still flagged red and will not allow the listing to be submitted.

Are there any further steps that I need to take in order to submit my product?

As you say you are a new seller, is your seller account fully verified to be able to start selling ?
