FBA questions
I’m trying to see if I should try FBA to try and get some extra business as I have the occasional sale via FBM and have a few questions.
1) is there any requirement to what the item is packaged in (Size/ Material)
2) How easy is it to get stock back if I decided to go back to fully FBM
3) Can I sell the same item FBA and FBM at the same time with two separate prices.
4) Is it worth it for a small business who’s is the exclusive seller of the product (Also sell on Etsy and eBay what brings a lot more customers)

1) there are packaging requirements, but this varies by product type. You can find all the info in Seller University though.
2) You can make a removal order. Note there is a cost to this per unit (search for fba rate card) and there isn’t a time frame as to how long a removal can take, I’ve heard it take months before
3) Yes you can, I’m not 100% on price rules, though I believe it is OK
4) mileage will vary on this depending on what you are selling, how crowded the market is etc. though in general, most would see sales increase with an FBA offer
