Seeking Advice on Encouraging Customer Reviews for a High-Quality, Affordable Product
Hello, fellow sellers,
I hope you're all doing well. I sell over 50 items monthly, and my product has almost only Vine reviews. However, I'm seeking effective strategies to encourage more customers to leave reviews. My product is well-built and affordable, providing excellent value to customers. Despite this, I still need to include something when motivating customers to share their feedback.
Please share tips or successful practices that have worked for you in encouraging customers to write reviews. I'm open to any suggestions, whether it's through follow-up emails, packaging inserts, or other methods that have proven effective.

My strategy aligns with Amazon policy.
You should send all your customers a message 8 days after they make their purchase. This should be the only message you send your customers. Any other messages and it confuses your customers.
You should request a review with this message.
You can do this manually by going into each order that was placed 8 says ago via your "manage order" section on the menu on the top left.
Or, you can get an app called Seller Board which has a good review request template that also aligns with Amazon policy.

Hello @Seller_mFJC6iFmpQuVf- appreciate you starting this discussion, and thanks to @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbvfor sharing some insight.
Hopefully my comment helps drives some traction to this post, so some other members of the forums can provide some tips, but I did want to make sure this list of prohibited activities was handy, along with our policies on customer reviews, just in case!
